Our team will confirm the referral, contact the patient to arrange consultation, and guide them through the intake process. During their visit, they will receive a comprehensive specialty assessment, clear explanation of findings, and discussion of appropriate treatment options within the scope of referral.
Following consultation and/or treatment, a detailed clinical report outlining diagnosis, treatment provided, and recommendations will be forwarded to your office. Once specialty services are complete, patients are returned to your care for ongoing preventive and restorative treatment.
